125: Michael Reese on winning before you start in real estate

Michael Reese, a Lawton, OK native, started his real estate career approximately 7 years ago, but he’s been groomed for sales and excellence his entire life. The son of a Command Sergeant Major said that in his house, his mother had only one way to do things “exactly and completely – there was no gray area.” As a result of this adherence to following through, Mike has excelled in every sales job he’s had. In fact, as a teenager, he was asked by his school to not sell the candy his mother bought for him in bulk at the store because he was outselling the school itself and cutting into their profits. Michael currently does coaching with Jay Kinder for real estate agents from around the country and he is in talks to do some training for a variety of organizations nationwide that serve the real estate industry. His goal is to serve others to help them meet and exceed their wildest dreams and expectations.
