Chelsea Locke is a broker with RE/MAX By The Bay and also one of 50 finalists nominated for "REALTOR® Magazine’s 2015 class of 30 Under 30".

Chelsea began her career in 2009 at age 20 when most "normal" humans were running from the world of real estate. She was the Co-Owner of Upscale Group Real Estate Brokerage before merging her company with RE/MAX by the Bay in 2013. She is also the 2015 President of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and 2012 REALTOR of the Year for her association.
