353: Learning The Art of Teamerage with Kathy Schmidt

Kathy Schmidt is the broker and owner of Schmidt Realty Group. With over 20 years of experience in the Edmonton real estate market, Kathy pours her time and energy into helping her team provide a truly exceptional real estate experience for every one of their buyers and sellers.  Kathy was named one of Edmonton’s 100 top women in business by The Wanderer Online in 2013 and was honored to receive Edmonton’s prestigious Realtor of the Year Award in 2012 by her peers.  In addition to teaching and mentoring her own team of Realtors, she provides education classes to other Realtors through the Realtor Association of Edmonton and regularly hosts consumer information sessions on various real estate topics. Kathy has been married to her best friend Larry for 36 years.  They have two furry kids – Rosie and Timi, their toy fox terriers, and they love traveling.
