The pioneer of team duplication, Adam Hergenrother, is an incredible business man, Real Estate agent, husband, father, friend, and mentor. In late 2006, Adam wanted to prove to everyone that surrounding yourself by more intelligent individuals anything can be possible. While everyone was saying the market was going down, and no one could sell anything, Adam charged straight forward. In '08 he launched a brokerage, and after getting that up and running, 3 years ago, Adam duplicated his first team taking an individual from $6M to $19M, and then to $30M in Portland Maine. Now with a solid model in place, his goal is to build this out with thousands of teams, trying to figure out how they can change the world of Real Estate.
