65: Ron Mangas Jr: Finding Your Niche After a Near Death Experience

In a single day, five years ago, life changed for Ron Mangas Jr. An afternoon flight with a friend turned into a day that changed his life forever. Lying in the middle of the woods, all Ron could think about was keeping his head off of the ground and the blood out of his eyes. After a miracle, Ron saw himself on a long road to recovery which allowed him to reflect, A LOT! Ron had found success as a traditional agent, but while reflecting Ron decided that he wanted to spend his life doing what he loved. He set out to make a transition from traditional real estate to a niche agent focusing on architecture and design.  By building one step at a time Ron has become a modern real estate expert and is a member of the Realtor Magazine 30 under 30 class of 2014
