201: Shawn Cunningham: Naked Property Management

Shawn Cunningham was raised in Las Vegas and grew up in real estate from age 17. The influences gained from his introduction to real estate propelled him to an early and successful real estate career. Shawn was licensed at 19, bought out his team at 22 and converted it to the Cunningham Group in 2010 with his twin brother Kyle. CGroup is a small team focused on maximizing its client relationships by providing value that they seek. With a large investor clientele, this means a robust and professional property management business is a large part of the operation.
