128: Eric Burch: Systems to manage your business

Eric Burch was raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He supervised numerous stores and traveled between Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He then began buying, renovating, and flipping houses on the side as a hobby. His lifelong dream was to pursue real estate. When Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 it opened a window to move to back home to Jonesboro. His wife, Ann Marie, encouraged him to pursue his dream of real estate. It was the best decision he ever made. Now Eric has the systems in place that will help you manage your business.
