183: Elaine Northrop: Starting at the bottom and getting to the top

Elaine Northrop was the first agent from Maryland to be recognized internationally when she became Coldwell Banker's No. 1 Inertnatonal agent for 3 years in a row. Featured in the book, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent", Elaine was also a Howard Brinton Superstar. She started "The Northop Team" which now, under the learfership of her son Creig, is currently the #2 real estate team internationally for all brokerages. Elaine has written a book to inspire others entitled "Create Your Own Fate", about creative visualization, her key to success.
